His agreeable, relaxed manner belies his incredible work ethic and the high standards he sets for himself and his company. In the past I have had difficulties with others follow-up, adherence to timelines, etc. You can rely on Steve. He is so trustworthy, I've even given him the keys to my place. And, if i come home to a job that's been completed you would never know he had been there; sometimes I think he leaves the work area cleaner than when he came! I love that. Finally I find his rates very reasonable and if there's an issue that may change the budget, he is incredibly upfront about it and ready with solutions. I recommend Steve to several friends and they end up thanking me later.
